Members of the Fivepointville Ambulance, Terre Hill Fire Company, and the Martindale Fire Company came together for the third annual emergency services picnic. The members started the day with food and fellowship followed by games and a candy scramble for the kids. After dinner a “friendly” game of softball was started. Deputy 3-10 (Lavern Zimmerman) led his team to a dominating victory over Chief 3-12 (Troy Weaver) and his team. This picnic is held not only for a day of relaxation, but to allow time for the members of the various organizations to be able to get to know one another while not on an emergency call. Thank you to all that came out and we hope to see more next year. Thank you also to the Terre Hill Days Committee for allowing us to use the park.
